Europeans to join Russia-Ukraine talks in Abu Dhabi, says French FM Barrot
"No one will speak in our name", French Foreign Minister Jean-Noël Barrot says, adding that Europeans will join next week's Russia-Ukraine talks. He also accused hard left presidential candidate Jean-Luc Mélenchon of echoing Kremlin propaganda.
