  • Short News aggregates news content from third-party RSS feeds and displays user-generated local news submitted by independent Creators/Reporters via Creator Studio.
  • We do not independently verify, fact-check, edit, or endorse every article, headline, image, or video published on the App, whether sourced from RSS feeds or submitted by users.
  • News content may be incomplete, outdated, delayed, or inaccurate at the time of publishing. We make no warranties or representations regarding the accuracy, reliability, completeness, or timeliness of any content on the App.
  • Views, opinions, and statements expressed in user-submitted or third-party content belong solely to the original author/publisher and do not represent the views of Short News.

  • If you rely on user-generated Content and suffer any loss or damage as a result, Short News shall not be held liable, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

The App may contain links to, or integrations with, third-party services including YouTube (live streams), GoldAPI (commodity rates), advertising networks (Google AdMob), and other external websites. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, accuracy, privacy practices, or availability of any third-party service or website. Advertisements displayed within the App (via Google AdMob and other ad networks) are served by third parties. Short News does not endorse, guarantee, or take responsibility for any products, services, or claims made in advertisements shown on the App.

6. Rewards, Monetization & Payouts

  • Creator monetization, view-based earnings, daily check-ins, spin wheel bonuses, and lucky draws are provided at Short News's sole discretion and may change, be paused, or be discontinued at any time without prior notice.
  • Short News does not guarantee any specific level of earnings, engagement, or reward eligibility.
  • Payout processing times, minimum thresholds, and eligibility criteria may vary and are subject to verification and fraud checks. We are not liable for delays caused by incorrect payment details provided by the user or by third-party payment processors.

7. Location & Weather Information

Location-based news and weather updates are provided using device GPS/network data and third-party data sources, and may not always be fully accurate or up to date. Do not rely solely on the App for critical, safety-related, or emergency weather decisions.
