Ex-NYPD Sergeant Sentenced to at Least 4 Years for Fatal Drunk-Driving Crash
Tiffany Howell apologized to the family of Manuel Boitel, a Manhattan doorman. She pleaded guilty to driving the wrong way down a highway while drunk, before crashing into his vehicle.
