Orangemen and residents both back in court over Drumcree dispute
Portadown Orangemen are seeking permission to challenge the secretary of state's decision to ban their march while the Court of Appeal is set to rule on whether the Garvaghy Road Residents' Coalition can contest the original Parades Commission determination allowing the parade.
