Minister CTR Nirmal Kumar has stated that four key decisions were taken during the cabinet meeting held today, chaired by Tamil Nadu Chief Minister Vijay. He mentioned that the cabinet has approved the formation of a commission to conduct a caste-based census in Tamil Nadu.
